Who are we looking for?
Our 144-bed residential aged care facility is seeking a natural leader who will guide our staff in providing phenomenal customer service and care to our residents and their families. With strong case management experience in a person centred-care model, you will have the ability to critically analyse and formulate solutions to meet the needs of each individual. Utilising your vast clinical and aged care knowledge, you will pursue and direct clinical governance, optimising the quality of life and health outcomes of all our residents.
What do you need to bring?
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (essential)
- Post Graduate qualification and/ or relevant experience in aged care (desirable)
- Sound knowledge of the ACFI, Aged Care Act and The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards and competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to show compassion towards and support both employees and residents from different cultural backgrounds
- A proactive approach, seeking continuous improvement and exercising judgement at all times

- Empowering clinical governance, seeking continuous improvement to advance and improve health outcomes
- Manage feedback and concerns to deliver proactive residential care
- Guide, support and mentor staff performance, fostering high-quality care and accountability
- Oversee policies and procedures, ensuring they meeting legislative and regulative frameworks and standards
