Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our AnglicareSA sites and customers. Based at our head office, you will work in a team of facilities and maintenance professionals services our corporate offices, aged care facilities and community centres. This is an opportunity to utilise your property and project skills, whilst giving back to a community that needs our support.
What do you need to bring?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven strengths in negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Leadership skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Operational experience in property and facilities management
- A solid understanding of maintenance issues including air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, fire, and security
- The ability to utilise technology effectively and efficiently
What can you expect to be doing?
- Coordinate a broad range of efficient property and facilities services
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to a dispersed workforce of maintenance supervisors and assistants
- Actively monitor service performance, finding opportunities for improvement
- Manage and monitor contractors and sub-contractors across the sites
- Conduct site audits, appropriate reporting and proactive planning
