Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic individual who is driven to succeed and provide customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Extensive podiatry experience is not required, but a strong willingness to learn is crucial. Supported by our multidisciplinary team, you will put your theoretical knowledge into practice in a variety of settings including residential care, home visits and clinics. With great teamwork and collaborative skills, you will provide our customers with an all-inclusive approach to care.
What do you need to bring?
- Degree in Podiatry and a current AHPRA registration (essential)
- A thorough understanding of podiatry theory and practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the skill to work alongside people from a range of different backgrounds
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
- An innovative mindset, continuously seeking to improve our services
What can you expect to be doing?
- Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate a range of podiatry assessments, programs and services
- Carry out assessments, providing a range of recommendations comprising education, restorative and treatment activities
- Developing care plans and goals in conjunction with customers
- Creating goals that promote the independence of your clients
- Establishing relationships with families, carers and other health professionals, to optimise customer outcomes
- Maintaining required documentation in a professional and timely manner
