Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about customer service. With great communication skills, you will be able to provide a responsive service to our tenants that go above and beyond their expectations. Using your knowledge of property and asset management, you will ensure our tenancy maintenance services run efficiently and effectively.
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate III in Business Administration / Customer Engagement / Customer Service or equivalent experience
- Previous experience or knowledge of property and asset maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with expertise in customer service
- Organisational skills that allow you to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
- A strong attention to detail, enabling accurate and prompt documentation and data entry
What can you expect to be doing?
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of an effective maintenance schedule
- Being the first point of contact for our tenants regarding all maintenance issues
- Liaising with our tenancy workers and external contractors, ensuring an efficient service
- Actively monitoring service performance, finding opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, documentation and data entry as required by relevant policies, procedures and legislation
