Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a self-motivated physiotherapist looking for a diverse and challenging role including early intervention physiotherapy, return to work services and group training. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will thrive as you provide services to a broad spectrum of staff, supporting individuals, business units and work collaboratively with the People and Culture team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to establish themselves in a highly regarded organisation. In a brand new role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your range of clinical skills as you take ownership of the role by supporting our staff to work in a safe and healthy environment.
What do you need to bring?
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Sound clinical skills both in a preventative and rehabilitative setting
- Proven experience in early intervention and return to work services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven time management and organisation skills
- A vibrant personality with a customer-focused mindset!
What can you expect to be doing?
- Provide preventative and return to work physiotherapy services to internal staff
- Conduct Ergonomic and Activities of Daily Living assessments
- Plan, develop and deliver the Manual Handling program for internal staff
- Coordinate the training schedule and roster trainers where required
- Keep effective clinical and training records communicating as appropriate with other areas of the business
- Actively monitoring service performance, finding opportunities for improvement
