Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives on working in a fast paced environment to provide executive support to our General Manager, Corporate Services. You will be a confident, well-organised individual with exceptional time management skills and an understanding of confidentiality and professionalism. Working within a warm and professional team environment you will enjoy the complexity that comes with supporting departments such as Finance, IT, Projects and Strategy.
What do you need to bring?
- Experience in delivering high-level confidential executive support services in a medium to large business environment – exposure to finance or other corporate services (highly desirable)
- Ability to work with limited direction, strong attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
- Strong communication skills, with a customer focus and professional attitude
- High-level computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Ability to engage with people at all levels and build and maintain effective working relationships
What can you expect to be doing?
- Provide efficient and professional executive and administrative support
- Manage the electronic diary, including timely scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Assisting in the preparation and collation of board and financial reports
- Providing outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with a team of Executive Assistants across AnglicareSA
