Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a professional, team-focused individual who is passionate about helping others. This position is working collaboratively with the rostering team as part of our on-call service, which operates out of normal business hours. This position supports the delivery of timely and effective rostering support services that are responsive to the needs of our customers.
This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, can work autonomously, provide excellent customer service and is looking to make a difference.
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar will be highly regarded
- Previous experience with rostering or in a similar role
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Tech-savviness
What can you expect to be doing?
- Facilitate effective and efficient delivery of our Services to customers through effective coordination and administration of rosters
- Allocate shifts for services as required
- Provide high level customer service and ensure all changes are communicated effectively
- Work collaboratively with other service providers, facilitating a holistic service approach
- Actively monitor service performance, finding opportunities for improvement
