Who are we looking for?
We are looking for motivated individuals to provide support for homeless people on bail. This is a unique role with a wide range of duties, including the onsite management of issues that arise. You will be multi-skilled and have the ability to interact with a broad diversity of people whilst working in a close team environment.

What do you need to bring?
- Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external clients
- Proven ability to provide a culturally inclusive service
- Previous experience in database management
- Ability to problem solve in challenging situations
What can you expect to be doing?
- Act as an afterhours onsite contact point for participants of the Bail Accommodation Support Program
- Work with a small team who will be supporting clients to successfully transition to longer term accommodation
- Maintain up-to-date files and records
- Prepare correspondence and other documentation as required
- Provide daily face-to-face contact with participants
