Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a rostering professional who has a solid grasp of best practice workforce allocation. Reporting to the Rostering Lead, you will support the effective utilisation of AnglicareSA’s Aged Care workforce through timely and effective rostering practices, that deliver against customer and business benchmarks. You will have a knack of seeing the bigger picture and propose innovative solutions to achieve improvements in workforce related matters.
Joining a driven Workforce Rostering team, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of AnglicareSA’s Aged Care services by enabling our staff to deliver the best possible customer service.
What can you expect to be doing?
- Support the effective utilisation of AnglicareSA’s Aged Care workforce through timely and effective rostering practices
- Ensure that business units within Aged Care Services operate within predetermined workforce benchmarking
- Manage and maintain rostering systems to improve customer service and deliver best practice services
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to rectify gaps and achieve improvements in workforce related matters
- Assist in the creation, editing and maintenance of rosters
- Travel to sites in the Adelaide Metropolitan area where required
What do you need to bring?
- Previous rostering experience (12 months would be highly regarded)
- Knowledge of rostering processes and best practice
- Ability to apply knowledge of business practices and policies relating to workforce management
- Capacity to work on a range of tasks in a dynamic, changeable environment
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Previous experience with Kronos will be highly regarded
