Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Project Delivery Services team, as we support the delivery of projects across AngicareSA, by identifying cost effective and practical solutions to improve business processes in consultation with business areas.  Reporting directly to the Manager of Project Delivery Services, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to document detailed business cases, including financial modelling, variance analysis, resource needs, pricing and risk analysis.

What can you expect to be doing? 

  • Identify cost effective and practical opportunities to improve business processes in consultation with business areas
  • Provide leadership and manage the project team to ensure the delivery of agreed project objectives and outcomes
  • Ensure that projects are planned and managed in line with the AnglicareSA Project Management Framework
  • Work with stakeholders to document business cases including financial modelling, variance analysis, resource needs, pricing and risk analysis.
  • Analyse business improvement opportunities in consultation with the business areas

What do you need to bring?

  • Qualifications in either Business, Project Management, or related field
  • High-level understanding of Project Management frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to evaluate complex business requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex business requirements
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to coach and upskill project teams
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes
